<HTML>Brian, I am selling because I have other plans for now. I have built a great business and have a nice route but would rather do something diffrent. <HTML>I have decided to sell. I have a nice income producing route. Buffers, central vac, wet vac, steamer, hot water extractor. Weeksly clients, monthly clients, yearly clients amd a fantastic reuptaby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>I can be safe to be sure. What I am afraid of is ruining the RV. My supplier carries a truck wash two step product. I will check with him.</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>The RV is aluminum and the streaks come from the black rubber (?) molding around the windows. These streaks are similar to the ones a trailer will get closer to the roof. My wash trailer has them as well. The roofs have a silicone type sealant and when it rains the water washes the silicone off or out and the resulting streaks on rv's and trailers will stainj if not removed soon.by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>I have tried everything I know to get some black streaks off of an RV. Nothing works. A friend told me to use a chemical cleaner called "white stuff". He said it is ether based. I can't find this stuff anywhere and am in a jam. I know I can buff this stuff out but that is beyond the budget. Anyone have a secret formula for those black streaks?</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>The bug scrubber works well. The trick is to let a brand new one soak in your wash bucket to soften up the coating. A brand new one will scratch paint. Dwell time is as important as the chemical. Proper dwell time is around ten minutes. Hard part is keeping the solution wet. Apply product, let dwell, mist...mist...mist....mist....mist...cuss.....thne use bug pad and BINGO.</HTML&gby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>That is it! This new paint really delivers. The warranty mentioned no nmae. It was the typical yada yada. However, there is NO retreat asked for at a later time. AND (get this) if the paint is damaged ny "natural" causes such as bird roppings or love bugs...Mercedes will repaint the car. Bud, for the record, whne paint beads, stuff will wash off easier. <HTML>I have a new client with a brand new merc. It has a paint sealant that still works! It has been months now and the sealant still beads and has a nice smotth feel as well as a nice shine. Anybody know what kind of sealant this is? Bud, this stuff is real good. You guys know me, I am telling you this is the miracle stuff we all hear about but never produces...only it really produces. <HTML>I just needed a break. There were no REAL white coats. It was a joke. I spent some time with family and friends. Mr. Gaines, thank you for your interest in my mental health. I am absolutely nuts to be sure. However, I was just kiddin abouth the medication. The only thing I take is coffee and way too much sodium. I do get high from paint sealant though. <HTML>Hello all, I have been away and really missed some of you. I had a nice get away (wasn't really my idead. The guys with the white coats thought I needed a little medication). I looked back over some of the posts and see we have some new friends. Brian, have you moved down here yet?</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>I blast my pads with my pressure washer then put em on the buffer and spin at highest setting. I get shocked once in a while and that hurts. But my pads are clean. Anyone have any ideas for what takes the burn smell off your hands?</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

<HTML>I should also add my friend lives here in florida. The stuff yellows. You guys want pictures? There is a reason it yellows and 3M is working on it right now. They may even have the problem solved BUT...do you want to bu the guy who puts on the old stuff? Many other companies sell film. They all have training, thay all have precut kits. They all have software for plotters so you canby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Opinions get us into trouble. Experince is what counts. Pressure and volume clean. I can put ten thousand gallons of water on a car with NO results without friction of some sort. That friction can be hand washing or pressure. Your choice of course. Love bugs will NOT be touched...let me repeat..NOT be touched with 1000 pounds at any flow rate with any tip. That, my friends, is my exby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Brian...you have two choices: trust me or wish you had. The stuff yellows. Period. I have clients too, and they have friends. 3M yellows. some of the others do NOT. One friend has a white car and YELLOW film. Guess whos film it is?</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>3M film turns yellow. Be careful. I have begun a test run with the aquapel product. I have been told by other users of this product to expect several months.</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Brian, love bugs will laff at anything under 3000 psi. In the wrong hands any pressure is too much, in the right hands, no pressure it too high.</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>The trimonex product is NOT for tires. I am interested in the trimonex product clone for exterior molding and trim. It might be fine also for headlights after renewing. Headlights willf ade right back if they are not protected. Bud, will your new product be able to block UV and can it be applied to headlights? If your product is for tires, not real sure I could use it. I will try itby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>DI water is not for drinking I am told. I have begun some research regarding your question and will get back to ta when I have all of the information. My price ranges from 9 cents to over 12 cents per gallon with DI tanks. One could get spot free water without having to use DI. RO (a good rejstion rate is needed...around 97 percent) would do the job. However, it woukd not remove exiby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Plus, there is nothing like the feeling of 4000 POUNDS of pressure in a mans hands that HE and HE ALONE has the power to turn on and off at his whim. Garden hose? Not even close. Not to mention pressure washers are good for blasting dirt dobbers of the ass end of a boat that has sat for the season. <HTML>Bud, interested. How much?</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>The range here in central florida is from 6 to 10 bucks a foot for outside detailing. That includes the wash. Washing ranges from $1.50 to $1.75 a foot. Thats does NOT include the roof. The roof is around 25 bucks extra to wash. Subtract these numbers from your total. Waxing or sealing an RV can be a long process though and very tiring as ALL of the work is high and verticle.</HTby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Cherry pickers are the buckets like in a bucket truck. Cherry pickers roll around us can be usually on a motor but can be found that are just pushed by hand. They are towed on trailers to the worksite. The jack is a platform on wheels whcih raises. These are expensive and must only be used on level ground.</HTML>by Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Jeezus that is cheap! I pay 110 bucks for the same deal. I get anywhere from 850 gallons to 1500 gallons per set. Culligan cannot explain why the difference. One side of that coin is around .09 cents a gallon the other side is over 12 cents. Either way, it is worth it. I do not have to dry, there are NO streaks in windows, the cars are soooo much brighter and the existing water spotby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

<HTML>It goes well with eggs too. I had an old grandfather who drank a spoon full every day. He said it helped keep me from getting sick. He is dead now. No...that was turpintine. <HTML>Currently My main supplier is Car Brite. I like the products I use and like the service. I tried Buds sealant lately and am blow away by the results. I will be changing to his sealant as soon as I am out of the other stuff. I use one product from Ardex; Viper. It is a spray on wax that does not leave a white residue in the trim AND I can use it in the sun...being mobile that last parby Phil Goode - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
